Your Role
As Branch Manager, you are fully responsible for the Sint Maarten branch, not just on paper, but in how it
feels, performs, and grows. You are the one who sets the tone. In energy. In standards. In results.
You build a business where customers feel the difference, the team takes ownership, and performance is
visible in the numbers. You don’t sit back and manage. You step in, lead, and make things happen.

Experience in FMCG, foodservice, hospitality, or retail is a strong advantage.

What you will do:
1. Strategy, performance & execution
You translate commercial strategy into clear execution and drive the overall performance of the branch.
- Contribute to branch strategy and sustainable growth
- Own revenue, margin, and cost performance
- Build structure, targets, and a high-performance rhythm
- Act on data: retention, growth, and reactivation
- Ensure continuous improvement in results and execution
You know the numbers, you steer on them, and you improve them.
2. Sales & business growth
You grow the business and strengthen long-term customer value.
- Build and expand the customer base across hospitality, yachting and retail
- Manage and grow key accounts
- Develop new business through network and market presence
- Strengthen service, delivery, and product quality
- Actively improve customer relationships and loyalty
You balance growth with operational control.
3. Team, culture & leadership
You create a culture where ownership, trust, collaboration, and quality are visible every day.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities
- Coach on performance, behavior, ownership and accountability
- Build a team that works as one unit
- Drive discipline, structure, and high standards
- Ensure a high customer service mindset in everything the team does

4. Operations & inventory control
You ensure a stable and reliable operation, you create control, predictability, and consistency.
- Align closely with external partner(s)
- Maintain accurate and controlled inventory levels
- Prevent stock issues through proactive management
- Adjust based on demand and sales trends
- Safeguard quality, service, and availability
5. We are looking for:
- At least a completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field such as sales, business administration or retail management.
- A sales professional with relevant experience, preferably within the (frozen) seafood or food-liquor sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- An enterprising personality who sees and seizes opportunities within the dynamic world of seafood.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
6. Communication & collaboration
You operate as one team across locations and stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and proactively
- Work closely with Curaçao office and other internal teams
- Share knowledge and best practices
- Take full ownership and act fast on issues
- Escalate early when needed and follow through

What you bring
- Bachelor-level working and thinking ability (commercial preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, management, or business development
- Proven experience in team leadership and performance management
- Strong data-driven mindset (KPIs, reporting, analysis)
- Commercial sharpness and ability to create customer value
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to switch between strategy and execution
- Strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment
- Energy, humor, and a positive mindset
